Our cat has some weird problem and doesn't shed - so...Zoë and I took our precious kitty Scrappy to the groomer and got it shaved. I didn't think he looked TOO bad until Alex came home and jumped back in horror and said, "sick" about 20 times. At least Scrappy's comfortable now right? I just can't let him stay outside for fear our neighbors will think he's rabid. I am showing the "before and after" pictures. These pictures are dedicated to Brannen and all his hard work.

Your cat looks syco! What were you thinking...anyway...they could have shaved it a little or something. Poor thing...no dignity!

P.S. so jealous about your new camera... I've had mine for 13 months and have already taken well over 20,000 photos. It gets addicting when your camera actually works like you want it to!

I am shaking with silent laughter and cannot seem to stop!! I echo Alex's "SICK" again and again. Dudes,isn't that cat a Maine Coon and not SUPPOSED to shed since they are Norwegian Forest cats who can naturally stay furry all year round?? This is the funniest thing I have EVER read. I know I am like 9 months late in commenting, but couldn't pass this up. Thank you for sharing this wonderful post with the world!!
