Rats
We've been so busy, I almost forgot to post about "the rodent." It has been a few months now that Anna's vehicle has been making the most awful sound when you turn the fan on - sounding like something is stuck in the fan. We finally took it into the Honda dealership to have them scope things out thinking we'd be in and out. What they found was the remains of an "unusually large rodent" and his nest. The strange thing being there was never any smell (thankfully). Oh, and thanks for nothing scrappy - the dumb thing was so big it broke half of the components in the system and cost us almost $500!

Perhaps a vengeful throwback from the ol' "packrat days", eh?
Been blog-stalking you for a while. But, hey, what are cousins for?
NASTY! We had one chew through the water lines on our fridge in our last house. SICK!
OH my gosh... that is so gross. Thats what you get for moving to Wyoming.
Oh man that is soooo gross. Did you flip out? I would've. Hope you guys are doing well!

Just barfed a little bit in my mouth. I'm surprized it didn't smell. It must have been dead for a LOOOONG time.
Yikes! I've never heard of something like that. . . I'm glad it didn't get in your HOUSE!
Hey -- I just found you via Jay Jacobsen's blog!!!! It's so good to catch up on some of your happenings! How ARE YOU? I need your e-mail so I can invite you to read my blog, then you can catch up. The quick update: I'm tied with you in about 1/3 of the time! I got married Dec. 2007 and had my babies -- Abigail and Isaac -- in Aug. 2008 (the END of August; they were early - just gotta put that out there for those math wizards and future generations). ;-D So we have a boy and a girl we get to watch grow, side by side. I'm going to read more of your blog now, see if I can figure out what you're doing, where you are, etc.
Melinda :-)
You must share your browned flour recipe. I've never heard of it.
